That is why the share price is going nowhere. If TON doesn't get financing paid by June or the options in the money, managememt is going to have less than $2 million in cash and will have raise more capital just to continue to pay themselves.
Add that relatively minor dilution to the WGX Option and Ancuabe financing and there's another billion shares issued at the bargain price of 8.5 cents. Who's going to pay 20 cents a share off the back of a strong DFS when management are considering giving it away for less than half that.
