It must be plain as day that management who put shareholders first - must take extreme care as custodian of the script dilution .
Simply put - 357m shares buys all our Ancuabe finance at 20-30c
So any contemplation to issue that script for a new pair of shoes , and nice red dress , a trip to Disneyland etc or greenfields lithium assets is a violation of puting shareholder interest first.
Share holder interest reside in tight capital .
We care about the share price rising - not the swamping of new script to achieve a higher MC.
What madness contemplates the issue of 357m shares at 8.5c when it can be done at 20-30c
