they do have cash..though its not much....coss they dont spend...though a cap raise could be end of year ...they are also in look for a new project...there are again not many shares on issue ...so any good news could see a spike in sp
as i re call a coal announcment last year was announce saw the sp
go from 4c to 8.5c in a few days
there is gap
1.8c buy sell 2.4 c...though not many sellers
