We have made rough review of OHD project with all past, present and future technical and marketing aspects related to it, we have decided that it's a great project but it is being mismanaged by the GPP management.

We even don't believe that it needs another PDU. It's only waste of time and money. We are doing the jobs and paying money which Thermaquatica should be doing and paying.

We would start the commercial plant and marketing asap. @Pinkie38 can give more information about it.

The original GPP decision was also the same. They were going to announce commercialisation plan last year and start building the plant. They spent money for it to the project companies (HRL, etc) but then gave up. Then they said they need to build the PDU unit for $1m!

Why Thermaquatica is not paying for it where GPP is only the licensee.

GPP have already spent over $4m on the OHD project. We should have bought Thermaquatica by that money so far! We GPP didn't do that?

What are the terms of agreements, relations or arrangements between GPP and Thermaquatica?
