I can confirm that we were submitting the 249D today to request EGM to replace the existing board. Indirectly, GK was given a time till Friday to resign but here comes a CR today. I am convinced that todays's proposed CR is to combat the removal of the board by way of this CR at the expense of unvalued shareholders.
GPP project's are great, however not on the hands of lifestyle chasers. I will not be giving up as we won't have any rock unturned until the company is returned back to shareholders.
