so your saying that because a TH was put in place you could not submit the 249D, really ??, is that an ASX rule or one that was decided on by the signatories, I think the issuing of the 249D will be the death knoll for GPP, I can assure you that it will not happen, GK and his followers have more than enough shares to counter anything like this, before you say he cant vote on it as it directly deals with him be aware that his shares are held by Pandora Pty Ltd, this is another Oh Dear moment I am afraid
