I have today received a new notice of meeting for a special general meeting to be held on the 14 December 2021. I have voted against the first two resolutions as they deal with the main asset of the company and For the second two as they only relate to electronic meeting access.
I note that the Board did not spend the time since the last meeting was postponed to do anything to improve the deals for holders and to explore any other options for the company that I find very poor and really concerning.
I also have grave concerns with the lack of information in the notice of meeting so holders can make informed decisons and have esclated my numerous and serious concerns.
I ask that all holders consider the notice of meeting and what is been happening in the Victorian Goldfields and vote whatever way they like.
