I have reviewed the special notice of meeting in detail and it does not provide anywhere enough detail to make an informed decison. I also don't think the board have explored fully other options for the company so I will be voting against both resolutions.
Behind the scenes concerned shareholdders like myself are fighting for all shareholders.
