Hello dubspec, on 1/4/15 ADO announced that they had entered into a new agreement with POC1. This was after the successful completion of the feasibility study with POC1.
The new agreement expands on the original agreement with POC1 and it is in this that they are ahead schedule, as explained by GC in the recent BRR interview.
