With all the evidence of AD's email to Aaron. His 900k "loan" from AD. Funds transferred to Piminik. Isn't it too obvious that Aaron was working closely with these crooks, with him being one of them, to syphon money out?Then 900k loan agreement was probably made up to cover up. It definitely looks too fishy. Interest free loan, and payment term has lapsed and he did not repay fully. The 900k sounds more like part of his stake in the money syphoned out disguised as "friendly loan".
