First thing is to hire a REPUTABLE and Proven CFO with INTEGRITY and a Fintech industry experienced CEO. Then surround them with capable executives and managers - overhaul entire corporate governance and security policies.
The jokers we had in Aaron Lee & Co together with Kenneth - how these people even get a job I do not know - well Aaron did hire Kenneth. They need to be hauled up before courts soon hopefully.
