My belief is that if there was no potential good news with IOU
going forward Greg and David would not be putting so much
time and effort into this. Obviously they feel that it can rise again,
and who knows what sort of negotiations they will be able to
arrange to maximise further profit, eg merger or new business.
I think losses will be reduced considerably with a little time like
maybe 3-4 months. The legal fees would have spelt the death
if there was no real hope imo.
