They bought 10% for 0.01. To now hold ~15% plus $5m loan, assumed as secured, idsb return value $21m if not proceeded, leaves $16m less costs (assume $2.5m) if closed out. Divide say $13.5m (plus/minus whatever the subsidiaries can be sold for) then divvy into SOI of 700m = about 1.9 cents per share- makes the issue of 1cent CR funds just a good business transaction.
Please- Explain to me why you think they will bother trading again.
