I would guess based on a sensible DCF on a ten year cash flow adjusting for inflation that Book Value of WHC must be almost $9 or more .On that basis we are selling well below BV and looking ahead at the present price and future earnings a Pex below 2X is more than likely ..twice book at $28 and working on a projected Pex adjusted back to 4.5 x we again are looking at $18 as the profit pounding machine gets to work.
Patience to let Compounding machine work and patience to see a huge price move and big dividends over the next Two years.
All good things take time...WHC is not a one day wonder!!!!!
