I imagine it will be locally assembled, with probably local sourcing of tires and a few other minor parts, plus painting. This would be in order to get it across the line on local content rules to avoid import tariffs and gain subsidies.
But as it bears the Vmoto logo, I'm sure it will be essentially the same specification as the fully Nanjing-built units.
