1.7 billion shares is not much if you consider what these guys have and how they own a percentage of many company's now. This is just the beginning they will be signing up more company's soon. BHP have around 2.8 bilion shares on issue it don't mean shit at the end of the day it is more about your asset base and income stream. PLP are setting them selfs up to be a money making machine. Give this company some time and watch what happens. They are not wasting any time look what they have achieved since signing up L - max.
