I don't know where you, PSA, or BBY or the person repsonsible for getting the information on drill rig costs, but the information I have is that:

1. Jackups are going for $104,000 a day up from $79,000 a year ago.

2. Drill barges and platform rigs are going for $38,000 compared to $32,000 a year ago.

3. Drill ships and semi-subs are going for $207,000 vs $142,000 a year ago.

And they are going higher, not lower.
