the analyst from BBY was voted analyst of the year by his peers. He has the credentials and was probably conservative with his $3.08. I would listen to him over rice fish and seaweed that has no idea of what PSA has done or is doing. Without last years write off, profit for PSA would have been about $25 million

This year there are a number of upcoming wells that each could easily double PSAs market cap. If just one of the wells comes in it will be a great year. If we get 80% success with upcoming wells we will see $10.
