I think this is what is driving the price up.
Talk of the SC55 farm in list being "whittled down to single figures" suggest there is several interested parties in the farm in negotiation. That could be a hint that a deal will be done in the time frames necessary to drill the well in time.
Also they are suggesting that the company will be debt free by the end of July and that is earlier than most of us would have been expecting.
