I am sure there are a lot of stale holders of this who are more than happy to sell out into any spikes.
Can't blame this really as this has been a long haul for many OEL holders and a huge test of patience. It will take some super good news for this to break out above 10 cents.
I do like to see the cashflow rolling in and the next quarterly report will show this. This usually helps the share price.
