    "We understand that a deal is close to being finalised,
    potentially before the end of the year; however we would not be surprised if it is delayed until January 2010.
    Ridley Sale May Surprise to the Upside
    We expect the Company to realise at least $150m for the sale of 70% of the project. We believe that this is at the higher end of the markets expectations, and implies an overall value for the project of $214m. If the sale price meets or exceeds this value, we expect the market to view this very favourably as it will give Atlas just under $300m cash (~60cps) to use for its planned production increases, and will also mean that the Ridley deposit is closer to being developed."
