thanks Pelm, and thanks for the link to the report as well - which answers my questions quite thoroughly.

Have to admit this is looking quite promising. I had initially not paid much attention as I assumed the very low grades of magnetite (vast majority of PLV resource) would be expensive to process. But it seems it is 'nice and easy' magnatite to process, and also very low contaminents.

If I was them I would aim to avoid double handling with barges though and just build the shiploader straight up. I guess it could be a nice safety net / fall back option if they can't get enough finance though.
