Board already finish meeting I think, SP already told us the offer is very positive for us.

Anyway, "financing in exchange for off-take." ,"very strong interest in PLV??s product" if confirmed in oncoming announcement, we can expect the SP double straight away.

I believe the announcement will be due next week. If tomorrow's SP close at above 70c, actually the answer is quite clear for us.
