I too am questioning the capital raising amount and it's bugging me as why they didn't choose to raise more, especially as it was 30% oversubscribed. I question are they waiting for a higher SP in the future to do so, thereby reducing dilution? Then I look at the broker report and see they anticipate the shares on issue at 216m, not sure if this is the correct thing to be guided by though. Perhaps PEH see break even being closer than what the market is pricing in?
