    Since Compass does not yet have any earnings, Strachan Corporate has chosen to value the
    company based on the net present values of its component projects and the assessed value of
    other assets. Strachan Corporate estimates that the company is presently trading on a
    projected EV/EBIT of approximately 5.5-6.4 times its estimated 2010 and 2011 earnings.
