my last bit of advice on tourist rental properties.....
Remember your most valuable resource is your cleaning staff. Keep giving them praise to keep them happy.
over pay them and give them bonuses.
They are your frontline; if they are not interested in keeping your establishment at the top, your guests will not be interested in returning.
and .....Word of Mouth ... is a wonderful marketing tool.
