    I think seeing the weekly NTA movement is fascinating. It's showing both the volatilty, but the strong performance of late.

    Realistically, although all unit holders would like to see the shares at or above NTA the reality is:
    (1) if you can buy them below, like now, the everyone is "even" except maybe those who paid NTA on listing.
    (2) if the NTA backing keeps rising and rising the the shareprice will to a large degree be dragged up by it, helped along by the share buyback which is going along well.
    (3) the NTA will, in time, go back to unit holder through dividends and the like.

    SO, in short I'm more than happy the way things are!
