I don't see any favourable announcement anywhere. Are you just making this stuff up??
While we all hope for a nice JAWS announcement, one thing we have going is that there has not been a negative JAWS announcement, so given continuous disclosure rules, my assumption is that it is still going OK, nothing negative.
Personally I hope they just get it right, no matter how long it takes.
Just sometimes no news is good news.
Also this is about the hundredth stock in a row where I've invested and the talk turns to takeovers. IMHO I don't think one is on at all with the spread of shareholders in the top 20. That might be why the SP fell so far, no one can buy up enough to do a t/o, plus plenty of profit taking.
