    that was a pretty bad report. cost of equity 10%, pretty low imo.also, they cant even say if there is control of the new bank. a lot of 'possibly' and 'may be' in thrre. and they certainly didnt explsin the conpetitive advantages well and in some points totally got tge industry wrong.
