I agree. Its a good thing often when the board have significant skin in the game and they work hard to make things float but on the other side of the coin perhaps they can be a little thin on details when it could count against the company. I wouldn't say misleading but certainly selective with the information being released. There have been numerous examples this year when the company have over looked or delayed release of information that does not benefit the company
