    MS fails to mention why these restrictions were placed on CVI. Also mentions they were happy the half yearly financials were not qualified by the auditors.

    Isn't the norm NOT to receive determinations from ASIC and NOT to receive qualified reports from auditors? with CityView it just seems accepted by everyone including management it's the other way around.
