    I thought the same thing. The announcement early today just said how he was going to get around the ruling.

    I thought the brr would be to explain why and rally the troops blah blah.

    Alas, the brr just repeated how he intended to duck/weave/give_the_finger_to the watchdog and carry on the only way he knows.

    IMO.
