I guess if you said the upcoming dividend was a to a degree able to offset a Greek default, that the yellow line would be a realistic price target for the short-term at $21.50. I know we are there now but it should hold barring a complete collapse in Europe - upside $22-23.
What's clear is that the bearish trend has ended and a new bullish trend has formed.
