I call speculatve investment high risk for posible high returns long term investments are ussaly lower return but low risk as well based of historica performance. thats where property is a good investment.

Rebel, with all due respect in another thread yo where honest enough to tell us how the GFC hit you bad big time, if you had that money invested in property would you not be in a better position now and not suffer those loses?
