You should stop making assumptions.
I did very well buying run down ex-rentals, moving into them, giving them a $5-10k makeover inside and out, into looking like an owner occupier then flipping them for a quick average of $50k profit in a year. Easiest money I ever made.
For the past 20 years I have either lived in my own homes or a home supplied by my work, and they pay for the moves, so I cant really agree that its been that hard at all.
But feel free to keep turning yourself inside out trying to land one on me mate.
