From notes taken at Sydney IP CN stated when asked about the PSC - percentage of profit oil the contractors take in our particular contract if producing at 100-150K barrels per day which is what is being aimed for is between 75 and 80%. Cost recovery is 75% of full costs and its a straight line depreciation over 5 years. No royalties to be paid. Performance bond $5mill.
