This from pg 16 of the CNE IP, referring to SNE3:
"This is a key well to establish deliverability and the full potential of the field"
It's my view that COP is awaiting the results of SNE3 to be able to calculate more accurately "barrels of oil in ground", for it to start crunching numbers and to make a move towards Operator.
So yes!, if all the rights numbers/data prove up in SNE3, "moves" by COP could be made as early as March.
