Has anyone heard any updates on the Rights Issue of 1 share @ 0.070 cents, being 1 share offered for every 4. 76 shares. Might look a bit overpriced now IMO. At the time the Rights Issue was profered at a 20% discount to market. Given todays Share Price is 0.076 , IMO the offer price of the Rights issue could be lower. We should get a Q1 cash and expenditure update by 31 October. The proposed time frame for the Rights Issue should ( IMO) be announced fairly shortly, given Domacoms release on 16th September, as follows:
