    Hey guys,

    Been floating around this forum for a few months now but never posted

    I'm relatively new to the whole thing and still wrapping my head around everything. Basically I was wondering if anyone can summarise how this offer works ? I've read parts of the prospectus and read upon other sites but just wanted to make sure I have the right understanding.

    I'm a bit holder and am considering taking up the offer (if it's what I understand haha)
