    and RE BPAY - I think there is a lead time of 2 or 3 days for that.. ( happy to be corrected if I'm wrong).

    That seems strange - you only getting the letter today - I got the letter a few days ago..
    (from my previous limited experience the detailed forms - with BPAY details etc was around 10 days before closing date).
