New capital raising?

If mrv was short of capital why wasn’t there a capital raising? As previously mentioned by another investor I am sure present holders could have come up with the $500,000 to own a silver mine on the cusp of huge price gains in silver !
how did the Texas mine get sold so fast ?? Sounds horribly suspicious slash criminal to me . What’s happening with the group action I am in !
