    OK then, before you stop watching, as a former liquidator please answer this question.

    Why should there ever have been a voluntary administration (leading to liquidation) when the company had substantial money owing to it as the result of success in two court cases and additionally an offer from from a financier that the directors rejected? Money would appear to have been the least of the company's problems.
