On the other hand, based on your reassurance of the healthy balance sheet, what is a possible explanation / motivation for the management to exercise $ 921K worth of options at 25c after the SP fell from 63 cents to 35 cents in 4 months?
I don't know, but it's not very encouraging to keep existing shares at the current price. I hope I'm wrong, still holding.
