Coalking - yes the options were granted quite some time ago and were due to expire so they had to be exercised - they would not have been in the money when they were granted
Leopold does make a valid point - this is expensive technology but once contracts are signed, the company will have other options to raise capital - especially the ability to borrow against future earnings
I think the company has reached a stage when it needs to re-sale itself by reminding the market what it has in the pipeline and what they could mean to future earnings - for example - what kind of money could they expect to earn from selling their out of auto clave technology
