Second sight and semi retired are absolutely on the right track. Ever since the DIAsource acquisition, something JH supported whole heatedly, the core Anteo business has been smothered in other activity. Anteo only needs a small board and it should be predominantly new blood. It is not overall qualification types that are needed but an understanding of running a small business and growing and nurturing a team. GC is valuable for his intimate knowledge of what has happened historically and why. JH and RS bring nothing to the table because they cannot be here to help and onl;y take a helicopter view. AS might be useful on the board of a large entity but he does not seem to bring anything to the table hewre. MS is located in Qld and can be readily available to help mentor operations.
JH must also be very desperate if he tried to run out a qualification argument which I think was self assessment. Any one can say they have multiple attributes. Perhaps he also desperate to preserve the extra $20k a month he granted himself.
