Second sight and semi retired are absolutely on the right track. Ever since the DIAsource acquisition, something JH supported whole heatedly, the core Anteo business has been smothered in other activity. Anteo only needs a small board and it should be predominantly new blood. It is not overall qualification types that are needed but an understanding of running a small business and growing and nurturing a team. GC is valuable for his intimate knowledge of what has happened historically and why. JH and RS bring nothing to the table because they cannot be here to help and onl;y take a helicopter view. AS might be useful on the board of a large entity but he does not seem to bring anything to the table hewre. MS is located in Qld and can be readily available to help mentor operations.

True. Qualifications aren't everything. Richard Branson never went to uni and Bill Gates never finished uni. The new directors should be given a chance. How much worse could they be than the prior board?
