It is that unfortuneately you are too removed from the source of your investment.
And have not been able to go to meetings or meet the people involved personally.

It is a situation like the orphan child outside of the orphanage on christmas day
He has a fair idea of what is going on
But is unable to meet the other children and engage in the party.

Unfortuneately you are not alone
I am down to 15% of my investment Approx.in $$ terms
But I am also down by over three eights of my share of the company The dilution caused by the disasterous misguided attempt has seen our chances of being rewarded by a multi-bagger in the short term severely delayed
I am no Robinson Carusoe
Many have been forced to sell at the bottom and have no chance of a return
Others were encouraged by a poster to buy at the peak
They have no chance of getting in the green for many years
Some losses are into the hundreds of thousands of Dollars
Before you reply I suggest you check out which director sold shares at about 25c in 2014.

This was at a time when we were being encouraged to HOLD OUR SHARES
Surprise,Surprise.
This has been caused by likeable,enthusiastic people who were unable to see that we just could not afford Diasource.
The dilution caused by the disasterous misguided attempt has seen our chances of being rewarded by a multi-bagger in the short term severely delayed

Wish you well and sorry that this has caused loss and hurt
You are not alone and reputable people are working very hard to rectify the situation.
But you have to open to both sides of an argument to understand the situation.
