Well the receptionist did get it wrong* as might be expected from someone who isn't expert in the field.
I have received clarification that the applications are currently being progressed by our Intellectual Property attorneys as instructed by Joe Maeji, who has been busy with them generally.
So that explains why it hasn't turned up in the publicly viewable system as yet.
(* I averted to a possibility that has occurred. BTW being misled doesn't mean I was implying it was deliberate.
I do wish I wasn't targetted quite so often with tou's though....Anybody would think I wasn't well liked!)
