Dolcevita, your post got me thinking. With the falling share price and the deals not happening, it was probably clear to Rolf that ADO wouldn't be in a position to complete the acquistion so his priority would've been to focus on growing Diasource since there was a high probability that it'd need to be sold. What was going on behind closed doors we may never know but I'm in favour of retaining the current BOD for the time being. Was it the Noble family that helped get Studley on board?
