The board has a history of disfunctionality, with Bouris being an ineffective Chairman, but the situation Anteo is in clearly the results of the work of Martin and Cumming, who architected the current DIAsource funding trainwreck. The board has recently worked hard to rectify these mistakes, yes some staff were laid off, ( not the COO who left on her own free will) but hard decisions need to be made when cash looks like running out, and there was no committed sale on the horizon. The CSO is still there, as are other key staff. Martin has now gone, Hurrell and Studley have in no way stopped any progress on batteries, any progress was stalled a long time ago, and probably again because the deals put forward by Cumming had little substance, certainly no revenue. You need to work on facts.
